Post some suggestions for the User Rankings!

Right now, it's all very boring, so let's make it a bit more fun.

I was creatively stalled yesterday after setting up everything, and that part suffered a little!

Also, let's think about how many posts for each...and do we want to keep the PM function deactivated until a certain # of posts have been reached, etc...same with the Family Album and Meet Up section? Just for Internet Safety's sake...???
