Well, we bit the bullet and paid a small fortune to have our 1950s sofabed and chair re-upholstered.
It was well worth it as the chap did a fantastic job restoring it to its former glory.

Lovely! It may have cost a small fortune, but just think of all the money you'll save in the long run- I'm sure the furniture will outlast anything you could have bought new!

Oh, it looks wonderful.

We're on the hunt for a daybed frame and rails for the Art Deco daybed I got on eBay (not without a nasty struggle with the seller, I have no idea what the deal was).

Those are nice! I love that colour and the placement of the sofa. Within easy reach of books and the liquor cabinet. Cool
