| I'm a sucker for coffee table books and it's a safe bet that if it's good or it features some kind of vintage or retro smut, I've got it. I wont list them so just presume I have them all. At the moment I'm enjoying a smut-free book called Cartoon Modern- Style and Design in Fifties Animation, which is about exactly what it says. It's not just a treat for the eyes as it seems to have all the information you could possibly need on the subject. Find it HERE

| I have one at home you'd love, all about teens in the 50s. Killer graphics! It was a gift from c1950sboy, whom you might remember; he posted occasionally on PH. With luck, I'll remember to write down the title so I can post a link for you. | |

| I've got a couple, both travelogues, which I love;
Sahara with Michael Palin. Loved the series. And Francesco's Italy with Francesco da Mosto.
At the moment, I'm after a copies of "Coastal Style" and "Seaside Interiors" for decorating inspiration. Bringing the beach to your home is a wonderful way to combine my love of the sea with my love of vintage.

| You can't go wrong with The Book of Tiki if you can find it. I don't know if it's still in print or not. I'm also a sucker for vintage transportation books- I've got one on trains called The Art of the Streamliner which everyone seems to enjoy. | |

| I have The Book of Tiki and, I agree, it's great. Have you got Tiki Modern by the same author? That's even better! | |

| Just got Richard Havers' excellent SINATRA book for a mere $9.99 at my local Barnes & Noble. It pays to be patient, because I waited four years until they finally emptied their stokroom and knocked 75% off this fine career retrospective chock full of photos, movie programs, Frank's chart hits, and sidebars on virtually every album. HIGHLY recommended! http://www.amazon.com/Sinatra-Richard-Havers/dp/078949650X | |

| Newly acquired eye-pleasers are; - Quote :
- Naïve documents this extraordinary renaissance of Classic Modernism, from the 1940s to 1960s, in contemporary graphic design. Inspired by 20th Century American legends such as Saul Bass, the undisputed master of film title design and iconic logos as well as modernist graphic artist Charley Harper and textile designer Alexander Girard, these burgeoning designers are creating new and striking imagery using palettes of earthy and pastel shades, reduced strokes, patterns and shapes with a strong folkloristic element
and Actually better than it looks on the cover as it is crammed with vintage glamour girls from the '20s to the '60s. The undies are printed on the clear dust-jacket and may be removed to expose the nakedness (front and back) underneath.
