A couple of weeks ago I made more chicken stock, and made my husband some chicken soup (I hate the stuff).
I used more stock for a mushroom soup with wild and white rice; we had that two days ago.
Last night it was macaroni & cheese (wheat rotini & regular small shells, with cheddar & swiss, and some julienned carrots).
I think leftovers tonight; we're going to a dance.
Tomorrow...it depends whether we stay at home during the day. Maybe slow-cooked pork chops in marinara sauce, over noodles.
